1-on-1 Sessions

You might not feel comfortable expressing your rage in a group and would like an individual experience. You might have already done group sessions and would like a more personal experience.

I strongly recommend doing a private Rage Session at my location if you are not physically disabled. This provides neutrality for you and your environment, and means there are no surprises for me as a facilitator. If you are 100% confident in making noise and moving in your own environment, then you can choose to do the session at your location at an additional cost.

If you are physically disabled, there is no additional cost for having a session in your home (and you can decide whether you use my location or yours) and you receive an automatic solidarity price. This includes those with long COVID or who are immune compromised. You decide if this applies to you, I will not be asking for disabled ID or documentation. Helpers are free, of course.

• For transparency: I do not have any specific expertise in working with disabled people, but I have experience giving sessions in groups to wheelchair users and those with cerebral palsy.
